Call for software demonstrations

In connection with the International Conference on Probabilistic Graphical Models (PGM 2020) we invite proposals for demonstrations of PGM software systems. This includes, but is not limited to

  • systems supporting the specification, analysis, inference, or learning of PGMs.
  • software systems demonstrating the application of PGMs in real world settings.

Each software demonstration is allocated a time slot for a plenary presentation at the conference. A short paper describing the main features of the software will be included in a special section in the conference proceedings.

Submission instructions

Software demonstration proposals are submitted in the form of short papers describing the software. The maximum length is 4 pages in the JMLR (single-column) style. Submission instructions and the authors’ kit are available at the conference’s homepage. Each paper will be reviewed by the PGM program co-chairs.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference. Due to the Corona virus pandemic, we will ensure that it will be possible to also make the software demonstrations via videolink.
