PGM 2020 is organized as a hybrid conference, which allows for both physical and virtual participation. The conference program will be designed to accommodate multiple time zones and will include pre-recordings of conference presentations as well as live Q&A sessions.<\/p>\n

Registration fees for physical participation<\/h3>\n

The registration fee for physical participation includes refreshments during the conference, welcome reception, lunches, conference dinner, and bus transfer to and from Aalborg airport and the conference venue.<\/p>\n

The artificial intelligence journal<\/a> (AIJ) has sponsored a number of grants to support student travel. Information about how to apply can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Update: Change registration type<\/h3>\n

In light of the current travel situation we have added a bit of flexibility to the registration process. You can now change your registration (from physical to virtual attendance or vice versa) until September 9th. For changing registration, the late registration fees apply. When changing from physical to virtual participation, the difference in registration fee will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

We expect that participants who have signed up for physical attendance also expects some scientific and social interaction with other participants during the conference.
